Staying here was a delight! The design felt so fresh and stylish, and the gym was perfect for keeping up with workouts. I loved the late check-out perk that let us enjoy our last day without stress. However, I did notice the minibar wasn’t refilled daily, which was a bit of a letdown.

The room was really comfy, well-designed, and stylish. I loved the eco-friendly touches throughout. The whole vibe was soothing, and it felt luxurious. Only downside was the minibar wasn't refilled daily, but that wasn't a big deal. A great space to unwind after exploring the city.

Minibar refills should be more consistent, especially for seniors.

Check-in delays could definitely use a faster process!!! It's odd that the minibar isn't restocked, especially in a luxury hotel!!! Having to deal with noise disturbances from dogs nearby wasn't what I expected. Limited availability for spa bookings is quite disappointing, and the stains on towels raise hygiene concerns!!!

The food was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was new and very clean, and the eco-friendly design was impressive. The gym was a nice bonus, and we were able to enjoy it during our stay. The location was convenient to nearby attractions. We also appreciated being able to have a late check-out, which allowed us to maximize our last day.
Due to inclement weather, the rooftop was closed during our stay, which was a disappointment. We also had to change rooms, which was handled professionally but could have been avoided.

The check-in process took longer than expected, and not all staff members were fully trained. the rooftop was closed due to weather conditions, which was unfortunate.
